Really fun workout made by Will consisting of pull-ups, dips, monkey bars, partner carries, hill-runs, and lots of planking (with a cinder block on my back), while in between each workout I was partner-carrying the cinder block

100 burpees in 10 minutes

25 pull ups
50 push ups

Bottom portion of IOCT (2x)
Plank while Gino runs bottom portion of IOCT (2x)

10 min bike
50 partner push ups

Stairway to heaven (2x)
20 air squats at top (2x)

Wore a long sleeve PT shirt for this workout - worst decision ever
