Didn't have too much time to work out today - we were driving back from North Carolina all day. Went out for a quick run, went pretty well. Had a bit of elevation change but not too much.
Had a nice early morning workout with Gino. Did bent over dumbbell rows, squats, curls, and tricep extensions. On the squats I did more weight than I ever have, so that went really well
Played football with the team at south dock. Messed up my shoulder pretty bad, it's happened before so I think I should go to the hospital and get it X-rayed or something. James kicked me in the face when I was tackling him one time.
