Worked on IOCT stuff in the morning. Did a lot of rope climbs and push ups.

Sprint course on post followed by a fun ab session all led by Bridge. Loved the course and always love doing core workouts.

Rucked around Bull Pond. Had a decent amount of climb. '95-'96 Magic is going to take second place by a long shot this weekend.

Rucked up Bear Mountain in preparation of the Stockville. Went super well. Rucking is fun
