Chest day best day. Not the greatest idea before the trainers thing though.

Arvin 1:30:00 [5]

Trained with the Army Elite Athletes today in Arvin (not sure what the name is.) Got good running advice from track dudes, learned focus from Taekwondo, breathing from wrestling and visualization from boxing. A cool workout that was also surprisingly difficult.
