Spent 10 minutes on bike machine, then did 60 sit-ups and came back and did another 10 minutes on the bike

Ran out to some sketchy place in Highland Falls and ran back.

Run (Sprints) 20:00 [3] 2.5 mi (8:00 / mi)

Ran eight repetitions of a 400 meter sprint followed by 100 meter jog.

Monday Feb 6, 2017 #

Run 38:00 [3] 4.0 mi (9:30 / mi)

Don't really remember how long it took, but we ran a reverse Delafield loop. What a lovely hill, my legs surely appreciated the climb.
