Orienteering (Storm King Ridge Run ) 55:00 [4]
Ran up storm king and the along the ridge and down. The total running time was probably around 40 minutes. When we got to the base there was a workout consisting of pushups and lunges. Overall great work out that I really felt accomplished in at the end. Amazing views, I love these trail runs we do. They have actually inspired me to get a Gopro at sometime in the near future and start a youtube channel called ridge running where I or others on the team will wear GoPro's and run along the great views Hudson valley has to offer.
