Orienteering (Workout with Army People ) 1:55:00 
Did a pretty difficult workout with the army athlete program, which uses national champion boxer, runner, martial artist, and wrestles to teach us fundamentals of fitness, sports, and confidence. Started off with running and running prep with the 10K runners. Then moved into a Tae Kwon Do workout in which we did a lot of kicking and feet work. Next we did a wrestling workout which was a smoker. Weights, cardio, burpies and the like took 20 minutes. Next followed a boxing cardio workout which doubled as an arm workout due to having to keep our arms up the whole time. All in all very good workout.
