Orienteering (Breakneck Run ) 1:10:00 [3]

Great run up some hills and across Breakneck ridge with Nate, Christian and Riley. The first part was pretty steep but it leveled out and ended up being a really fun run. Felt like it was around 6 miles but i'm not sure. We came upon some collapsed buildings and expected to see some clowns as the sun set. Great views and in my mind a much better place to take a date than flirty walk ;)

50 pushups and a lot of walking if that counts.

Basketball (O Team Basketball ) 50:00 [2]

A couple games of basketball followed by 75 push ups and 25 crunches. Nothing crazy.

Orienteering (Run at silver mine ) 50:00 [3]

Not sure how far I ran but I stayed with Justin and Charlie and we mainly stayed in the trails. We tried to go fast but the rocks prevented a lot of movement so maybe 6 miles?

Orienteering 50:00 [4]

I don't know how far I ran but It was a good very fun run. Great views on the MP trail. For the first part (from Ike statue to buffalo solider field up the hill to the tower) I ran with Gino and Charlie. Around here Will passed me up and Gino and Charlie slowed down so I started to run with Will. We went to Redout Four and stopped for about 30 seconds to take in the amazing view. We then ran down hill with charlie who caught up, eventually reaching Riley and Justin around the Prep school. We finished it out at Mac statue and did a couple ab workouts, push ups and stretches.
