Orienteering (Bear Mountain Run ) 1:10:00 
Started at the bottom now were here. Ran with my Stockville team, Dan, Christian, and Gino. I was doing pretty well up until probably the last 1/3 in which I lost it mentally. I need to stay strong if I want to help my team win and not be the guy who slows everyone down. We still came in second or the first complete team but I could do better. Run probably lasted about 45 minutes then the rest of the time was spent doing chest and leg work outs at the top. Overall awesome workout with some great views, I seriously look forward to practice each day.
