Orienteering race (Stockville day 1 ) 12:00:00 [5] 25.0 mi (28:48 / mi) +1900m 23:18 / mi

Stockville day one for team DAN. ran with Gino, Dan and Christian. Unfortunately after a really nice performance we tried to get some bonus points which ended up not paying off and going about 5 miles more than we had to. Got to camp around 8 and it was super cold. Really horrid climbs and had a pretty rough day but it was a fun and challenging experience. Feeling sore all over so I know I worked hard. Dan was a great navigator and we didn't get lost at all. If I was to do this again I would take some unnecessary stuff out of my ruck and put some stuff in it because I was a little unprepared with no jacket or space blanket.

Got five points on the lock climb, learned how to do the IOCT and then ran through the floor on the IOCT.

10 minutes on bike
Stairway to Heaven
bottom of IOCT.
couldnt get the shelf so I just ran upstairs to do the horizontal bars.

Orienteering (Practice course with team) 1:05:00 [3]

Did a practice course out near Buckner with Dan, Justin and Luke. Saw four black bears so that was pretty cool. Afterwards Jett led us through some hardcore 10 minute abs where I was feeling the bern2016.

Orienteering (New Jett trail ) 1:00:00 [3]

Good little trail up to the top of a mountain which is apparently by Jett's house. Very steep at the end and we ended up having to basically climb this thing but it was pretty fun. On the way down I fell and messed up my finger. We got back and did some light stretching/ pushups. Mil move this day consisted of ropes and ankles to bar.

Orienteering (Buckner Race W/ OG) 55:00 [3]

Dan and I completed a eight point race designed by the Cambells. Good little course that I felt like we did pretty well in. I'm feeling really good about our team for the stockville race next week.
