Run down to ike, park van Clinton lot, run to Arvin, '62 room pushups and abs several repetitions, dumbbell curls and row, I sweat buckets (not a surprise)

orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

Stockville group Score-O at Bull pond, didn't run very fast but good practice for group dynamics and navigation

12 minute abs (not fooling me Jett, haha)
