Bear Mtn run. definitely one of the harder climbs for me because I was very sore going in. I really liked the park itself, the top, and the descent. Overall enjoyable hope to return sometime.

Army 10 miler. great experience lots of fun.
I definitely could have run a little bit faster probably 7:00 miles but the course was very crowded. Hope to do it again sometime.
