Note

Had good AAR session with the team. lots of good improves and sustains for the A-meet this coming spring

race 1:30 [3] 2.0 mi (45 / mi)

did a run to buffalo soldier and back. before run did two sets of pushups, core, and pull ups. Also worked with the trainer before practice to loosen calf
