Run 50:15 [3]
ahr:149 max:170

Run from home. felt good.

Wednesday Mar 28, 2007 #

Swimming 24:48 [3]

Went a lot faster today. It’s motivating to see that I’m actually improving at something. Hopefully, this will motivate me to run faster and ride faster as well!

Cycling (MTB) 1:15:24 [3]

Good start of the week.

Wednesday Mar 21, 2007 #

Swimming 14:00 [3]

had to be a short one because some idiot had booked the whole pool for water polo so they threw me out.

Cycling (MTB) 46:42 [3]
ahr:136 max:169

Started too late, and it got dark. Stayed to long at the office i guess.

Sunday Mar 18, 2007 #

Run 1:56:00 [3]
ahr:154 max:188

Long run in probably the most beautiful scenery I’ve seen in this country. Just fantastic. Didn’t even care that I got tired. Have to go down here again soon.

Run 1:34:45 [3]
ahr:150 max:188

MFR TRAINING-CAMP @ WILSONS PROMONTORY

Really hard run up Mt. Oberon. It was actually 560 MOH, even though I thought it looked like it was something like 200 meter from the seaside…

Footnote; don’t bet against someone that has a map.

Thursday Mar 15, 2007 #

Swimming 28:13 [3]

Same distance as last time, only a couple of minutes faster. And that was despite the fact that the Japanese national women’s synchronised-swimming team occupied half the pool.

Those bloody Gaijins, always with their occupation strategies. I bet they piss in the water too! Next time it wouldn’t surprise me if the pool is filled with filthy Germans! If that happens, I will bring my Kalashnikov and Luger to finish them off!

Wednesday Mar 14, 2007 #

Run 1:07:00 [3]
ahr:178 max:190

Street-O, probably first one since summer last year. Bruce beat me with 8 minutes. Quite funny when you think about it, cause I followed him easily just one year ago…

I must have done something wrong with my training –no, that’s right, I haven't done anything at all. Let this be a lesson to all of you; this as what “piker vin og sang” does to your system! Can’t blame this one on the mussel eating!

Tuesday Mar 13, 2007 #

Cycling (MTB) 30:00 [3]
ahr:138 max:167

Felt tired. Didn't have the energy for a longer ride after a (way too) long day at work. Going for street-o tomorrow!

Monday Mar 12, 2007 #

Cycling (Road) 1:16:30 [3]
ahr:145 max:173

Felt tired and worn out and was not really up for a workout. No way I could have made it to the MFR run on the other side of town. Managed to get out on a bike ride. Felt heavy and slow, had to stop twice to pump up the tires. A little bit lighter towards the end.

Sunday Mar 11, 2007 #

Run 35:00 [3]

Got a bit scared because of the total lack of physical fitness yesterday, so I decided to do course 3 (about 5km) today. The terrain was certainly different, so I probably could have run a couple of more k’s. But the most important thing was that I enjoyed it, so hopefully more motivation will come in the future.

Saturday Mar 10, 2007 #

Run 38:00 [3]

A bit overboard of me to do two runs in a day, but I agreed to take part of Jimbo’s (or was it Troy?) short orienteering event in the morning. Felt a bit sick, but got through it OK.

Run 55:00 [3]

First time finishing an orienteering event this year. Felt extremely heavy. Had to drag myself through the course, and at the end I was totally finished. –it must have been the heat!

Cycling (MTB) 1:06:00 [3]
ahr:141 max:182

Premature training that made things a hell of a lot worse. Should have waited a day or two more. No I'll probably keep being sick for another 3-4 days. Some people (me) never learn.

Hopefully, it wouldn't be as bad as that time when I raced in the Czech Republic with the flue, and where sick for 5 months afterwards...
