10:32 MP Trail time. Improvement from last time, but I felt slow and heavy. I did not have to slow the pace every now and then like last time.

Winter Skills Weekend with Robert Turbyfill and Bill Ferguson.
I learned about injury prevention, course setting, as well as the basic orienteering techniques and skills. I set a course focused on rough compassing and got to run four others based on different skills.
