Cross-Training (Bike Ride) 1:26:31 [3] 20.03 km (4:19 / km) +205m 4:07 / km

Very muddy tracks in places. Last few hills near the end were quite steep and long. Pushed it up them and legs did start to get quite tired.

Hill Training 40:02 [4] 6.81 km (5:53 / km) +213m 5:05 / km

Up the hill one way down the other. Then reversed it. But this time did a bit more before turning round. First time up didn't feel good but the second time was fine. Not too tired at the end.
