Did not like the steep hill at the end. Got very stuck in a marsh.

Pretty sure the map was dodgy ... features seemed further up the hill than marked.

Very very muddy and wet so hard to run through. Navigation was awful but wasn't really paying attention.

Some good controls other dodgy ones. Thought the map was a bit odd in a few places. Very slippy underfoot.

Doing a bit of route choice with Dan. Decided to take a route through the thick green which actually wasn't that bad. Mainly trying to warm up a bit.

Very very muddy and wet. 1.2km at a slightly slower pace to warm up and down. Having to push it in the last 3km to keep up with the other two.

Only about 21 minutes running but we were going between lamp-posts which were on a short but steep hill. Kind of racing dad a bit so pushing hard. Jogged there and back to warm up up/down.
