Easy around some of the course cheering on the women's race. Legs felt a bit heavy and still felt generally lethargic from a bad sleep and waking up with a sore stomach.

BUCS XC - A race

Running (mostly off-road) warm up/down 22:01 [2] 3.37 km (6:32 / km) +26m 6:17 / km

Around the less muddy parts of the course with E, supporting the men's B -
both trying to warm back up!
