Easy run along country roads with E. Really nice in the winter sunshine and good view from the higher up parts. Legs felt lethargic, but mixed in some strides near the end which seemed to wake things up a bit.

Easy with E mostly. Tested out the spikes on the Meadows for about 15mins. Calves tightened up a bit afterwards as expected but nothing bad.

Pretty good session. Felt strong the whole way through, just hamstrings started to seize up a bit near the end. Did the session around Holyrood instead of Meadows as I didn't want anything to flare up like last time. Pretty strong headwind down one side of the park as usual. Looped a few times to keep KT company.

Long run today rather than yesterday due to travel etc. Started out with Sasha, then Carcas too, down to the gym where I dropped them off and went on around Holyrood, Duddingston, Innocent Railway, Meadows - joined E for jogging group at this point - circumnavigation of Morningside. ...lap of the Meadows then back home. Lots more road than usual, but legs seemed to be fine with it. Longer overall than I'd planned but hopefully ok.
