Thursday Dec 7 #

7 AM

Running (mostly off-road) (Easy) 29:54 [2] 6.79 km (4:24 / km) +33m 4:18 / km

Soo windy today. Started to get a tickly cough and slightly blocked nose last night too, so battle stations to keep that at bay. Also my stitch is still there, and came on quite bad again during this run - really not very confident ahead of Saturday.

Wednesday Dec 6 #

5 PM

Running (mostly off-road) (Fartlek) 2:20:23 [3] 14.2 km (9:53 / km) +12m 9:51 / km

24' WU + 8x(1'f/1'm) Fartlek + 20' WD + Dinner time (forgot to stop watch)

Good session on the Meadows. Headwind down one side and tail on the other. Felt fresh and strong, but stitch came on almost immediately, but this time I managed to get it under control with breathing techniques pretty quickly, after which it just stayed there in a mild form.

Tuesday Dec 5 #

7 AM

Running (mostly off-road) (Easy) 47:05 [2] 9.6 km (4:54 / km) +90m 4:41 / km

Early one around Meadows and Bog with Sasha and Ewan. Just one to get done this morning as body felt so sleepy tired. No pains or particular tightness, apart from a slight tension still in the stitch area.

(rest day)

Sunday Dec 3 #

8 AM

Running (mostly off-road) (Easy) 1:50:52 [2] 20.52 km (5:24 / km) +230m 5:07 / km

First c.40mins by myself then with E for the rest. Nice to be back running at home again. Legs a bit lethargic on the only real uphill in this run, and stitch still faintly there for most of the run, getting slightly worse near the end.
