Easy around some of the course cheering on the women's race. Legs felt a bit heavy and still felt generally lethargic from a bad sleep and waking up with a sore stomach.

Easy with Sasha - usual pre-race dead leg feeling. Breathing a bit laboured on the hills too. Strides at the end made things feel better.

Legs ok, felt a bit lethargic today. Did some stride efforts towards the end.

Decent session - think I got quicker as reps went on, but it was getting harder to keep the steady pace going for the recovery k's. Quite slippy on the grass and wind not very favourable.

Pre-brekky with Sasha to start with, but then his foot began to get bad so he looped back. Continued down to Holyrood for some loops and around AS. Watch wasn't finding satellites at the flat door so just started, but it seems to have only started recording the trace at Holyrood. It roughly recorded the distance up to that point, but paces/distance may be a bit off. Legs felt tired and heavy at the start but then progressively got better. Did some strides towards the end instead of the hill sprints because the calf still feels tight and didn't want to risk it.

Planned to run with HPSR, but thought the start was 9:30am, not 9am, oops. Hung around HP for like 5-10mins then just set off, but then as I passed an older guy he stuck with me and then started up conversation, so enjoyed about 40mins through the rain with him, then the rest on my own. Legs felt pretty much fine at the start of the run, but then I made the mistake of doing this whole run on tarmac, meaning that by the end quad doms were more noticeable. Left calf a bit tight still.
