Running (road) 2:00:54 [2] 25.58 km (4:44 / km) +291m 4:28 / km

Back out along the road I did the session on yesterday, meeting E at the other end to do a loop of a really nice forest and then back home the same way. It had snowed overnight, so there was a really nice layer on the ground which was great to run on over the tarmac. Went at a steady pace on the way out. Sun was out too, until we started started our return run along the back road, when a heavy snow blizzard hit us. Ploughed on through and out the other side making it a good adventure all round. Legs felt quite good for most the run, not much stiffness from yesterday's session.
