20' easy, 30' steady, 20-30' tempo

Easy felt harder as I was still waking up and getting moving. Steady felt decent once got into it, tempo felt really good lungs wise, but legs just couldn’t help he me the kind of pace I want for it. Ended up doing more than the planned 20’ tempi secrion as I calculated my turn point wrong, it started raining and I got soaked through, and I was late to get back to the flat for meeting E - therefore just carried on the faster pace as still felt decent not breathing much and legs would have just seized up in wet cold tights if I’d slowed down.

Nice and easy around the bog with some strides at the end. Nothing particularly tight apart from hamstrings still bothering a bit.

Still pretty tired, so was a relatively slow plod around town. Right soleus slightly tight. Hamstrings (lateral) still twangy/stiff, and didn't feel like strides would a good idea on them.

Pretty early... felt ok once got moving though, and good that it's now light at this kind of time. Hamstrings still tight though

8x3' (jog down)

Earl start, but felt ok. Nice sunrise too. Rep route up the first part and into a bit of the second part of MFD - first part is steep, then the 2nd bit after the road crossing is less so. Jog down the steps route. Session went by fairly quickly, not a stand-out session but got it done. The uphills seemed to fix the hamstrings a bit.

Absolute torture. A day in work seemed to have ruined my stomach, and I just felt really clunky running. Got shooting pains all around my upper body too. All in all a pretty crap run.

Easy around B&B and Mortonhall. Much DOMS and tightness in my glutes and hamstrings especially - over-striding on the descents yesterday I think. So any descents on this run were quite tender! Rest of legs seemed fine though.
