Not a great one. Legs felt fairly good on the different undulating loops I went out on for each rep, but dodgy stomach wasn't good for consistency. Somehow managed to get a trapped nerve/something similar in the back of my shoulder last night, so I don't have much range of motion of my arm without pain and it makes breathing quite sore. Just the constant act of running made the pain kinda become a dull consistent one and so more manageable though. Got some exercises to try 'untrap' it.
