Not a great one. Legs felt fairly good on the different undulating loops I went out on for each rep, but dodgy stomach wasn't good for consistency. Somehow managed to get a trapped nerve/something similar in the back of my shoulder last night, so I don't have much range of motion of my arm without pain and it makes breathing quite sore. Just the constant act of running made the pain kinda become a dull consistent one and so more manageable though. Got some exercises to try 'untrap' it.

Easy one around Latrigg while the rain came in, making the views pretty epic. Legs heavy on the ups, but felt better after a few hill sprints on the loop back up to the summit before descending back home.

30' steady ; 8x1' hills

Steady part was ok - the loop around the woods is good, just slightly too long to get back to the hill. Legs were quite lead-like on the hill reps, but was managing to reach roughly the same distance as I was when I did them in the first half of winter.
