Chill one around Latrigg with some strides in the park at the end. Warm and windy day, but nice views across the Lake. Legs felt a bit heavy but generally ok, and shoulder getting there.

Up Carl Side and then along the ridge and down into Dodd Wood before looping back around. Really nice morning, with the low cloud layer creating a blanket over a sunny Lake District below. Windy on the tops but good fun running along the ridge. Shoulder getting back more range of movement now but was getting quite achy towards the end. Legs felt fine - Carl Side is a steep bugger
