Argentiere loop, ground not so nice today. Legs a bit tight from yesterday but nothing too bad.

Decent loop with the cycle path at it's centre. Slightly uphill going towards town on that, as well as on the upper road going away from town. Nice crisp morning, running underneath the Mont-Blanc Massif with the sun soon to burst over the tops is something I'll never tire of. A bit tired to start with but got settled fairly quick.

Fairly good one, felt a bit of an effort on starting the tempo, but soon settled. Still breathing steadily on last 10', just got to keep honing in on that stride pattern. Headphones jacked it in just as I put the speed up for the last section, at least there is a good view!

Les Tines loop while the skies decided weather to keep dropping water in droplets or snowdrops. Right hamstring still a bit tight so was cautious with the strides but still felt smooth.
