On the lake backroad, pretty perfect for the session. Blustery day so wasn't full on head or tail for the reps (maybe slightly more advantageous on the return). Set off maybe too conservatively as paces improved a fair bit throughout the session. Steve and I's watches were slightly off for the first 3, so we went on his which meant my laps were slightly slower for those ones. The reps went by fairly quickly, probably the running with somebody-effect. Felt strong on the final one which is a positive.

DOMS type feels this morning - session plus a weighted S&C on Wednesday maybe coming into affect. Just plodded this one out and made the strides as smooth as I could.

Round the usual valley. Pretty good feels surprisingly. Bits of snow and ice for a bit of fun. Left shin slightly twingy after wearing new more racey shoes for yesterday's session.

Up and down the railway line. Legs started a bit lethargic but improved as the session went on and the slight downhill on the way back helped turnover I think. Stitch still just there.

Woke up to snow falling heavily which was a surprise. Ground was sloshy so went a bit carefully. Legs felt pretty good, just the stitch got annoying.
