Going to have this week until the weekend easy now I've finished that block. Definitely just felt like I was properly teetering on the line at the start of the weekend. Nice pootle out today, legs a bit tight from yesterday's run.

Really nice long run, sun came out for the second half which did good things. Didn't go up high or anything, just a lap of Skiddaw plus extra bits to make up the time. Ran with Ben A. until 2hr-ish then he cut back, good chat to pass the time. Felt much better than previous days and still felt relatively strong on uphills towards the end of the run.
