Very much enjoyed this session. Hanging on to the group but managing to tag onto them in last couple of reps.
Legs were feeling pretty fatigued at the start of the session from the recent training, so decided early on it probably wouldn't be wise to do the full 7 reps. Think I got a good benefit from this short session.
