A bit tired so focused on upper body. Less weight and more focus on technique.

Pull ups x7
Incline reverse bench crunches x9

I think this is the only 5k loop I can run from home if I want to do less than 100m of climbing. Home - Mosenthalweg - Garden - along Höhenstraße -Sommerhaidenweg - home
