Orienteering race 1:26:00 [4] 11.8 km (7:17 / km)

Czech Cup Long distance. Tried to push where it was possible. Running on the tracks and uphill felt really good. Again many controls in the stony part in the slope where I had to walk. Very nice long distance. A bad start but i improved my technique during the race. Really liked the terrain except from the terrible stone fields. Not even feeling tired in the finish after the long distance gave me a good feedback on my capacity.

Czech cup middle distance:
My first race since the injury. Realized that this was the hardest race to start with after an injury as the terrain was very stony.
A little bit afraid to fall again made me walk in the stony part of the course because I didn't want to take a risk and get injured again.
Realized that it was a good idea as the result was not important to me. I focused on the technical part instead which was not easy. Controls were very hard to find. Typical czech controls in the green. Very nice and difficult middle distance. Every control was a challenge.
