Euromeeting sprint
felt okay but did two big mistakes.
found the perfect route to a control on the map but was confused when turning away from the control so couldn't find my route in reality and changed it.. guess my mind was more ahead than my body that time.
another wrong choice to the long leg cost me about 15 sec.
so almost 40 sec mistake in total!! :-/

first time for a while that i felt that I really want to do a training session and not just go out jogging ... so maybe my vitamin d is slowly coming back to its normal level after all the fish, the sunbathing and the supplements. :-D decided to do some light intervals. happy with the fact that I was motivated for training. :-)
