10 x 600m with the squad at Donore Harriers.
300m laps on track, 1st lap a bit slower but anyway hard to keep up with flying Josh, 2nd lap increasing speed. Though I am not sure if I actually increased my speed but mentally I did! :-D
2.02-2:08 but rather 2:08 towards the end.

1st 10min with Niamh, couldn't keep up with her on the 2nd lap when she speeded up.

Intervarsities Road Relays on Maynooth Campus
Nice event, 4 in a team (1-2-2-1 mile...but was a bit longer according to gps)
Our 2nd leg runner- the fastest- in the team had an injury so Sarah got into the team instead. 13th place out of 24 teams. MU was proud of us and I am too :-)
I was surprised by the strong field of runners. Didn't expect that!
Felt very strong and I was fast but only 10th on my leg so a high level competition!
