Long distance, Navaluenga
100% orienteering, there was no rest for the mind.
had to stop and pee on my way to 5th/27, got caught by Meghan and Jo on my way to 9th - two rockets that I couldn't follow! They both made big mistakes after that though so I was ahead of them in the finish. Was a good idea to focus on orienteering I think :) ( but I also made about 7 min mistakes in total divided on 3 controls) Svetlana caught me at control 15. Her speed was convenient and I was able to follow, realised that she was unsure so I sticked to the map and tried to do my own navigation which was successful. She made mistakes and I was ahead of her until control 24 where she caught me again. We finished the race together. 6th place :-) (+12min behind Svetlana)

Sprint in Navaluenga, 8th place, 1 min behind Anastasia Rudnaya.
Ran to control 5 instead of 4. (+16sec) and lost some more seconds on some other controls too. In total maybe 30sec time loss. Body felt good :)
