Sprintervals....that was meant to be the last sprint training before Austrian Sprint Champs.
Had a good flow and then I ran into a wrong area. Realised it immediately so I wanted to turn and correct my route. Unfortunately I slided on a wet metal plate in that curve and had all my weight on my left straight arm when falling. I knew sth was wrong but it was not so obvious as it was only a small dislocation this time. I asked Anika and Nico if my arms looked the same but Nico said it looks weird and when I couldn't bend my arm I knew it had to be dislocated. Luckily we were close to the hospital so I got it back in place just 30min after the accident...
