CESOM Long Distance, 3rd. Much better today, both technically and physically, although risked too much to 25th control and lost 2 min. After some days being very tired I’m back at it again.

CESOM Middle Distance, 6th. Forest dunes terrain. Missed the first control and sometimes not accurate enough with the compass. Didn't feel very recovered, hope the shape is soon getting better.
