Pleasant, but a bit of an energy crash around mile 8. Stopped and ate a nutty bar, but it wasn't really enough. Too much beer, and not enough food yesturday. Recovered well after – ate loads. Few niggles, overdue a bit of Yoga and some deep stretching.
