18:38. Mentally zapped /not really up for for it. Afterwards: legs didn't feel like they'd worked very hard. Pretty sure I'm in shape to run under 18, but need to be able to focus, accept it'll be hard and generally get motivated for it.
Still- feeling fit, and moving in the right direction at the moment. 2M next week, expect I'll perform better for that.
