Surprised how good legs felt today. Lactic didn't build-up like it usually does.

No messing about. Motivated solo session. Pleased with effort: 10min tempo just under target pace of 6:10/mi, then 10x1min, pushing for a fast one at the end. Jog recovery between 10x1's, and 3mins after the 10.
