12 PM

Running 1:32:01 [3] 13.26 mi (6:56 / mi) +222m 6:36 / mi
shoes: roclite 290s

Grinding it out in the snow & ice. A tough HP route. Ran way above expectations today. Pleased with where fitness is at.
2 PM

Running 15:23 [1] 1.5 mi (10:15 / mi)
shoes: roclite 290s

Saturday Jan 20 #

11 AM

Running 36:00 intensity: (32:00 @1) + (4:00 @5) 4.2 mi (8:34 / mi)
shoes: Ultra Boost ST #2

Parkrun cancelled. Tried a session, but left it too late and just wasn't happening on the ice.
2 PM

Yoga 2:00:00 [0]

Myofascial release. Work on the psoas cuts to the quick.

12 PM

Running 30:00 [2] 3.9 mi (7:42 / mi) +122m 7:01 / mi

Fine. Not running the easy runs slowly enough though. Usually indicates I'm overcompensating due to some discomfort... On this occasion, the fact it was cold - and that I only wore shorts - didn't exactly help. Probably need to think about more stretching.

Thursday Jan 18 #

Running 18:00 [2] 2.5 mi (7:12 / mi)

5 PM

Spinning 45:00 [3]

Bridget's Spin class. Class.

Tuesday Jan 16 #

Running 26:00 [1] 3.0 mi (8:40 / mi)
shoes: Ultra Boost ST #2

To/from. Gingerly yogging home in the snow.
7 AM

Yoga 45:00 [0]

A nice and gentle Flow class w/ Liz. Some cool stretches. Had pleasing success with side-plank, opening out to star. Felt light and easy on both repetitions.

Note

Dip in training last week was, I think, mostly due to stomach issues. Lack of adequate calories to keep me going. The trouble is… I'm having my wisdom teeth out this week (tooth 1), and next (tooth 2). 7hr goal is going to require some planning…
