HP debut. Warm-up jog from Stockbridge - feeling horrendous. Expected to crash out early, but pace was moderate and quickly got into a good rhythm. Easy enough hanging on the back of Murray & Ross on return trip. 6:30/mi ish.

Buffet as advertised. Folded figure four, inversions- shoulder strengthening, and some nice opening poses using straps (natarajasana). Already foggy on the fig 4 to crow transition... but would like to be able to do that! Quality class.
