Got in not thinking I'd had great race. Felt pretty good running, but orienteering was scrappy – mistake (delay) on #5 and was very stop start, not brilliant control flow (although i felt this helped keep me orientated). Did not rate this area at all

Had such bad stomach cramps, almost threw up at the finish. Slow

Orienteering race (BSC Final ) 19:37 [5] 3.16 km (6:12 / km)

Slightly better cramps than this morning, felt better running but still v slow and very scrappy on controls 13 and 14.
