Kind of warming up but going slightly faster than warm up pace (on forest tracks) . This time also includes some stretches

Terrain running with hills at whinlatter, basically none on paths, through rough, steep forest.

Jogging back down to the car park

The rep was, sprint about 80m then up the steep hill. At the top, 15s rest, then 200m jog, then repeat. Did it six times. Would do speed but my foot kills, especially when i point my toe, and those shoes make it worse
