same as thursday but repeated an exercise at the end and stretched in between some other exercises

actually finally starting to feel better, s t i l l have a cough and cold so this was intense while avoiding any strain on my chest -used stationary stances (plank, wall sits etc) to get my muscles moving. Really really hoping to run at the weekend (even really slowly and low intensity)
