Felt better today, didn't want to push it still so jogged and walked around the training courses (although actually participated in clock relay today)

Felt awful today after having some alright days this week so this was me walking round some of the training courses in terrain that wasn't technically challenging, but good practice for events later this year.

First run in ages, just wanted to see how my chest would hold out so set myself 20 mins and went at a warmup pace all the way round, i really didn't want to push it. Was still a little bit coughey and legs were a bit sore from not using them but overall not too bad
