Orienteering 1:11:34 [3] 5.65 km (12:40 / km)

felt awful. went for the green bc really wasn't up for the blue, and coughed all the way round. had really cold hands even when my body was warm, to the point where i dropped my map and couldn't tell at one point. very poor preparation (not helped by parents who gave me 45 mins to eat breakfast, get ready and pack an overnight bag) but really it's my fault. need to have warm clothes. anyway, doubt I'll run again in a while

woke up this morning feeling worse again. glands had swelled up and was coughing so skipped the run and went for s and c instead to prepare for tomorrows galoppen

Orienteering 35:20 [3] 2.91 km (12:09 / km)

Wcoc night event at wasdale, was going to do the short anyway because of my cough still going, but also forgot my compass, so used it as a none compass exercise, focussing on contours. Would have been faster with my compass but actually really enjoyed this, didn't push but fun

Still just trying to go easy, but only started coughing after the first k so a bit better. Felt bad at the start and only slightly better at the end. Still not 100% better

I'm really fine doing s and c, it's just running that's still bad on my chest, so bc my run was so short did this as well

Still going slowly, but felt a bit better than last week so tried to put a bit of effort in on the last km

Went sledging which was actually quite aerobic (ha) and my arms are kinda sore now so it obviously worked them as well
