Took it easy after all the yard work
First sauna since Spring afterwards - wonderful!

1.5 hours of pulling ivy that had overgrown the back. Hard but satisfying! felt like jogging for 45 minutes. Still much more left to remove...

So first time running in a while...back ache, being sick etc.
Hard slog, ran fine first 30 minutes then too tired and started rapid walk. After 45 mins starting running at slower speed again.
