I'm getting good at the short run :) My right hip has been feeling quite weird. Nothing to worry about that much, I don't think. But, I just wanted to mark it down so that if gets worse I can remember where it came from:)

Quick run with Zach. Good times except that I'd just eaten and felt like I was going to puke. Oh well:)

A short workout before the swimming brunch. I felt like I needed to get up early enough to do part of the swim rather than just show up for the yummy bacon. I felt pretty good in the water today... although my arms are still getting tired quite quickly on free and fly.
Note
Lots of biking around the city including a tour led by Zach to show his brother San Fran. Also... lots of eating candy while making graham cracker houses with icing.
