Friday Jun 6

Note
Evidently side effects of prednisone include a weakened immune system... so I've had a cold all week. Hip's feeling fabulous though. Gotta love western medicine.

Went to the new PT today. He decided that my left hip sits higher than my right or something. And thinks that my right leg/hip is weak or something.

MRI on Monday to check out the back.

Wednesday Jun 4

Note
sort of ironic that going to the art guy means that I don't swim or do much else active because of time conflicts (and tutoring tonight that I have to get back to the city for).
C • the art guy? 2

Tuesday Jun 3

stretching 20:00 [3]
aquajog 15:00 [3]
Swim 20:00 [3]

Monday Jun 2

Note
sciatic nerve says the orthopedist.

Steroidal anti-inflamatories start tomorrow. And PT and an MRI (to confirm) once I make the appointments.

At least this makes sense now...
aquajog 7:00 [3]
Swim 10:00 [3]
erging 4:00 [3]
warm up
stretching 20:00 [0]
stretch leg with ropes, roll on foam roller, pidgin stretch, the one knee on the ground one foot in front stretch, typical IT band stretch
