| The tape on my knee is hugely helpful in getting rid of the pain in my hip.
I noticed last night an absolutely massive knot in my lower back on the right-- when passing my hand over that part of my back it feels like there is a rock under the skin, it's so hard. Any suggestions for how to release that? | ||
